Redefine the connection reliability of chain saws, elevate your operation efficiency!

In landscape maintenance and forestry felling applications, chain saws, as core cutting equipment, must withstand severe challenges such as high-frequency vibration, wood dust intrusion and accidental drops for long-term operation. In accordance with the dedicated safety standards for chain saws, the stability of their electrical connection systems is directly pivotal to operational safety and equipment durability. Conventional connectors are plagued by chronic issues including vibration-induced loosening, poor contact and frequent motor burnout, which have become a critical bottleneck restricting the performance upgrade of chain saws.

In the selection of dedicated connectors, it is particularly critical to opt for a qualified manufacturer and a reputable brand. Changzhou Amass Electronics Co., Ltd. – the original developer of the XT connector series – was established in 2002. For 24 years, we have been specialized in the R&D and production of DC high-current connectors applied in low-voltage intelligent devices non-compliant with automotive grade standards. As a comprehensive enterprise integrating design, research, development, manufacturing and sales, we hold the dual certifications of National Specialized, Sophisticated, Differential and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise and State-level High-tech Enterprise. Up to now, we have owned more than 200 independent patents, completed over 10,000 project cases, and our products have been installed in more than 100 million pieces of equipment for customers in total.

Our company is located in Lijia Industrial Park of Wujin District in Jiangsu Province, with a production area exceeding 30,000 square meters and independent proprietary rights to the land. Our integrated team of nearly 300 staff is dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing and sales of connectors.
Over 100 varieties of our connector products cater to the operational requirements of multiple application scenarios including garden tools, energy storage devices, electric vehicles, smart home appliances, intelligent robots, aerial models and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In addition, we offer high-efficiency product R&D and production services, and provide industry clients with a comprehensive 7A full-life-cycle solution.

Amass has rolled out the LIFTF Series connectors, which are accurately matched to the working condition requirements of chain saws. Achieving technological breakthroughs in power transmission and signal exchange, the series offers core technical support for the intelligent development of garden equipment.

In the course of chain saw operation, the high-frequency vibration induced by the high-speed operation of the saw chain is prone to cause instantaneous disconnection issues in traditional connectors. In addition, fixation approaches dependent on cable ties or adhesive bonding are not only cumbersome for maintenance work but also unable to eradicate potential safety hazards fundamentally.
The LIFTF Series features an innovative upgraded buckle structure, enabling convenient "plug-and-lock" operation: the male and female connectors achieve automatic locking during mating, which can effectively distribute external forces from vibration. Combined with a press-type card slot unlocking design, this structure not only guarantees connection stability in a wide-frequency vibration environment of 10-2000Hz but also significantly streamlines the plugging and unplugging procedures for post-use maintenance, thoroughly resolving the problems of jamming and sudden stop under high-frequency vibration conditions.

Regarding power transmission efficiency and safety performance, the LIFTF Series has been precisely optimized for the high-power operational requirements of chain saws. It features an automotive-grade crown spring contact structure, with the number of slotted contacts on the main rod increased from 4 to 12, achieving a 3-fold increase in contact area. Matched with high-conductivity purple copper conductors, its electrical energy transmission loss is less than 2%. The series records a normal temperature rise of below 30K during 4 hours of continuous operation, which is far superior to the industry average level. This performance not only eradicates the potential hazard of motor burnout but also remarkably improves the continuous working time of a single charge.

The welding processes of conventional connectors are dependent on professional technical skills, which are susceptible to cold welding and non-welding defects, resulting in consistently high labor costs. The LIFTF Series features a hexagonal riveting process with a solder joint-free design, thoroughly eliminating all welding-related defects. Meanwhile, it improves wiring efficiency by 60%, highly adapting to the batch production requirements of chain saw products.
On the premise of a comprehensive material upgrade, the product is priced at the same level as the traditional XT Series. By reducing the loss caused by post-operation maintenance, it lowers the comprehensive cost of power connection for chain saws by more than 30%, truly realizing the value proposition of "enhanced performance without a price increase".

At present, this series of connectors has passed 23 tests in accordance with automotive-grade standards, featuring a lead content of <100PPM. It complies with RoHS 2.0 and other international environmental legislations in all aspects, which guarantees smooth export procedures and demonstrates outstanding and stable performance advantages in the application scenarios of landscape maintenance and forestry logging.

With the intensifying trend of electrification and intellectualization in garden tools, the reliability of electrical connection systems has evolved into a core competitiveness for industry players. Relying on targeted technological innovations, the LIFTF Series connectors accurately solve the connection challenges faced by chain saws under complex operating conditions. They not only realize a qualitative leap from mere "basic functionality" to "enhanced usability" but also drive the substitution process of domestic-made connectors with outstanding cost-performance ratio, solidifying a robust connection cornerstone for the high-quality advancement of chain saw equipment and accessories.
